About Me

I'm a bit different from other therapists - I nearly died during childbirth so I know first hand that life can change overnight.  I believe we have ONE LIFE - THIS LIFE.

I help you to cut out the things that are not worthy of your time and energy. Why waste a moment? I don't! I'm genuinely living the life that I want for you or your teen. 

I offer a direct, proactive approach to mental health. I validate you, but it's definitely a 'no nonsense' approach. We get on with it….and there's no place for victims. It's a holistic, tailor made person-centred approach.
